Volvo Bus Project Compliance and Delivery Coordinator
**Location**:Wacol, QLD, AU, 4076**Position Type**:Professional- Transport is at the core of modern society. Imagine using your expertise to shape sustainable transport solutions for the future? If you seek to make a difference on a global scale, working with next-gen technologies and the sharpest collaborative teams, then we could be a perfect match.**What you will do** At Volvo Bus Australia you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Participate in body build team meetings, Technical Service team meetings and other Volvo Bus internal meetings
- Move buses between the various locations to the Brisbane South dealership for quality assurance and PDI purposes
- Ensure warranty books and keys are collected and order books are accurately filled
- Liaise with the body builder and the Brisbane South dealership to ensure deliveries are met within the required timelines
- Conducting quality assurances assessments, including road testing vehicles after repair and quality assurance check overs with your Supervisor
- Identify and coordinate all repairs and rectification work on current buses for the project. Your future team Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be part of the Volvo Bus Australia team, who are currently a team of 22 and are dispersed across Australia. Day to day, you will share your time between the Brisbane South dealership based at Wacol and the Volgren Bus facility based at Eagle Farm.

- Mechanical knowledge, ideally with bus experience
- A solid understanding of quality assurance and quality controls
- A heavy rigid (HR) truck license
- A Heavy Diesel Mechanic qualification (not mandatory but an advantage)
- A strong focus on Health and Safety
- Project administration experience would be an advantage
