We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented **Field Service Coordinator** to support our growing service team and ensure the seamless delivery of technical support to our valued customers.
**Your Role**: As a Field Service Coordinator, you’ll be the heart of our national service operations. You will manage daily technician dispatch, customer scheduling, service revenue tracking, and job oversight — ensuring that Field Service Engineers are where they need to be, with the tools and information to deliver world-class support.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead the daily coordination and dispatch** of Field Service Engineers across states, ensuring optimal coverage and customer satisfaction.
- **Proactively schedule and prioritise** service types, such as preventative maintenance, breakdowns, and installations to minimise downtime and maximize service responsiveness.
- **Oversee job execution in real time**, monitoring progress, updating customer communications, and maintaining detailed records in our CRM system.
- **Drive service revenue performance** by supporting quoting workflows, tracking follow-ups, and ensuring timely job completion and invoicing.
- **Ensure accuracy and accountability** by reviewing and finalising job cards, labour time entries, and parts consumption across all service activities.
- **Build strong customer relationships** by providing clear, professional updates, service confirmations, and post-service summaries.
- **Support our operational efficiency** by managing parts inventory, consumable allocation, and logistics across the service fleet.
- **Process parts and consumable orders** promptly and accurately to maintain service continuity and meet urgent customer needs.
- **Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Sales Teams**, providing coordination support that strengthens client partnerships and ensures seamless service delivery.
