HCA is seeking a talented and resourceful Administrator who has a genuine interest and passion for a dynamic working career. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our dedicated team in the position of Administration Assistant.
Reporting to the Administration Manager you will enjoy, meeting and working with a diverse group of people who embrace a positive and protected work environment coupled with a role that will utilise and grow your personal soft skills.
Your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Accounts Payable
- manage supplier/vendor payments, reconcile accounts, ensure compliance with internal controls, and resolve supplier/vendor queries
Ensure transactions are allocated to correct GL codes and cost centres and ensure payments are made within agreed terms
Provide general administrative & office support across a wide range of activities
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Availability to work full time Monday
- Friday
Accounts payable experience essential (Accounts receivable experience/exposure advantageous but is not essential)
Dynamics 365 experience is preferred but is not essential
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines
Demonstrated experience in a similar office support role
Minimum of intermediate Excel skills
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy is essential to provide a high standard of quality work
Willingness to get things done and the interest to help coordinate a wide variety of office tasks and team needs
