$28
- $38 Per Hour + Generous Allowances
Casual position
The Opportunity
Extend Children at Staines Memorial College in Redbank Plains is looking for an OSHC Service Assistant to play, teach, and take care of them in a safe learning environment at After School Care.
The Role
Before School Care
6:30 am-8:30 am.
After School Care -2:45 pm
6:00 pm.
Holiday care up to 6 hours per day.
Assist in delivering daily quality activities for children that are safe, fun, stimulating, and carry educational value.
Supervise and support children.
Prepare and serve healthy food options.
Create an engaging and happy workplace for children.
Build meaningful relationships with your colleagues, the children, families, school leaders, and the school community.
About You
Engaging and warm personality.
Strong focus on child safety and appreciation for mandatory reporting.
Excellent communication and people skills.
You hold qualification in Children’s Services (or studying towards) or equivalent which can be recognised for children's services.
Hold or studying towards an ELC qualification is an add-on advantage.
Working with Children Check (willing to obtain).
HLTAID012 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management Training (willing to obtain).
Available to work from Monday to Friday.
