**Role Overview**: **Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR best practices.
- Lead training and development programs to foster professional growth.
- Analyse HR metrics to improve workforce planning and productivity.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role working within the Restaurant Industry or Quick Service Restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
