**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are looking for a retail professional with a strong work ethic and an exceptional commitment to customer service to join our Goolwa team. This presents a great opportunity to become an integral part of our growing national and international company.

You will be a key member of the Goolwa retail store team and will often be the key point of contact with our customers for various needs and solutions. As such you will need to have a thorough understanding of the products and services provided by Stratco and be willing to participate in regular training relating to Stratco’s products and systems. You will also be expected to lead by example, help grow sales and improve the skills of the retail store team.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Face to face and telephone sales
- Leading and participating in training and personal development sessions
- Assisting with the development of rosters and training programmes
- Store merchandising and stock control
- Assisting with general store management activities
- Adherence to Stratco safety and other policies

**ABOUT YOU**
- A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
- Dynamic communication skills
- An eye for detail whilst working in a fast paced environment
- The ability to coach and develop your teams skills
- The ability to build your customer base and attract and manage trades business
- Proven selling skills
- Strong merchandising skills would be an advantage
- Proven retail management experience
- Willingness to work weekends on a rotating roster.
