**About the role**

You'll be a self-motivated and driven CNC Lathe Machine Operator with 5-10 years' of lathe machine experience.

You will ideally have experience in:

- 2 axis CNC lathe machine experience
- Ability to read and interpret detailed CAD drawings
- Able to produce components
- Programming, setting up and running CNC machines
- Oversee the 2-3 machines while they execute tasks and make necessary changes to produce optimal results
