We’re seeking an experienced Telecommunications / Data Cabling Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a excellent chance for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality installations, and is confident organising and running their own day-to-day jobs across residential and commercial sites.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and fault-finding a wide range of telecommunications and networking systems, including:

Structured data cabling (Cat5e / Cat6 / Cat6A)

Communications racks, patch panels, and network cabinets

CCTV system installations and basic configuration

Mobile phone repeaters and signal enhancement systems

Network and connectivity troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, internet-related issues)

Coaxial and fibre cabling (where endorsed)

You’ll have the autonomy to plan and manage your own daily jobs while maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer service.

Requirements:

Open Cabler Registration (ACMA)

Endorsements in Structured Cabling

Current Driver’s Licence

White Card

Strong communication and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable (Not Required)

Endorsements in Coaxial and Fibre cabling

Experience installing CCTV or mobile repeater systems

Networking knowledge and troubleshooting experience

Willingness to upskill and gain additional endorsements with company support
