About the Role: We're looking for a dedicated and skilled Sous Chef to be second-in-command in our kitchen, supporting our Head Chef in delivering an outstanding dining experience for our residents at Kanwal Springs Care Community. What You'll Need: ✔️ Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience. ✔️ Experience as a Chef, with some supervisory or leadership exposure. ✔️ Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain). ✔️ A passion for food and a genuine desire to make a difference in aged care. ✔️ Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills. ✔️ Willingness to complete:
