**Location**: Unit 3, 132 Chelmsford Road, Charmhaven **Employment Type**: Full-time **Salary**: $25-40/h

**About Us**: Momentum Health + Fitness is a state-of-the-art 24/7 facility designed to support our community with top-tier equipment, group fitness, wellness services, and a welcoming atmosphere. We are expanding into a larger 1800sqm facility and are looking for a passionate and creative **Content & Community Manager** to elevate our brand presence and foster community engagement.

**Role Overview**: We are seeking a dynamic and creative **Content & Community Manager** to take ownership of our brand storytelling and community engagement strategies. You will be responsible for content creation, social media management, and fostering a solid connection between Momentum Health + Fitness and our members both online and offline.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our brand, mission, and business goals.
- Manage social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) including scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
- Work closely with the gym’s ambassadors, influencers, and members to amplify brand advocacy.
- Plan and oversee community engagement initiatives, including challenges, events, and in-gym activations.
- Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize content and campaign effectiveness.
- Respond to member inquiries and foster positive relationships through social media and other communication channels.
- Collaborate with trainers, wellness specialists, and management to create compelling stories around our services and member success.
- Conduct outreach to local businesses to build partnerships and drive collaborative marketing initiatives.

**About You**:

- Passionate about health, fitness, and community building.
- Strong experience in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing.
- Experience in photography, videography, and editing tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
- Experience in event planning, community engagement, and business outreach is a plus.

Pay: $25.00
- $40.00 per hour
