About The Opportunity As the NPD Project Engineer, you’ll work across new and existing product development, with a focus on electronic and electrical systems. You’ll support testing, debugging, compliance, supplier engagement, manufacturing and continuous improvement while owning NPD deliverables. - Work across the full lifecycle of physical products from concept and design through testing, debugging, compliance, supplier engagement, manufacturing and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams—engineering, manufacturing, marketing, sales, service and external partners—to turn product requirements into practical engineering outcomes.
- Ensure products meet performance, regulatory, cost, timing and quality expectations and actually function in the real world.
- Manage NPD project deliverables and support sustaining projects. Qualifications You’re an electrical, electronic or mechatronic engineer who enjoys product development and has:
- Extensive NPD experience, with hands‑on work in design, testing, debugging and compliance.
- Background in electronics, smart devices, IoT, appliances, industrial or consumer products, or a related physical product environment.
- Experience managing external design partners, suppliers, manufacturers and compliance standards across full lifecycle projects.
