Facilities Manager – Property & Assets (Somersby)

About the Role: Borg is looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and performance of a large property portfolio. Based onsite in Somersby, this is a hands-on role responsible for keeping our facilities running efficiently and safely. You will manage maintenance schedules, contractors, and procurement, while building strong relationships across the business. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage maintenance across a large multi-site property portfolio
- Plan and coordinate preventative maintenance schedules
- Oversee contractors, suppliers and service providers
- Manage procurement, including sourcing and negotiating contracts
- Monitor costs, asset performance and service delivery
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies Who You Are:
- Experience in facilities, asset or property maintenance management
- Ability to manage multiple sites, priorities and schedules
- Robust skills in procurement and contract negotiation
- Confident communicator who can work across all levels
- Comfortable using systems and technology
