With over 300 employees and divisions across Sydney, the Central Coast, Newcastle and the Central West this is an chance to join the team at our head office in Somersby where you be working full time as an Accounts Assistant/Data Entry Clerk alongside a dedicated team of professionals.

**Are we the right fit for you?**
- Do you have at least 2 years of experience in an accounts-based data entry role?
- Are you proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Excel, and Word?
- Do you have experience with Excel, MYOB, and Workbench? (preferred, but not essential)
- Are you detail-oriented with excellent attention to detail? This is crucial!
- Can you effectively multitask during busy periods?
- Do you have strong communication skills and the confidence to ask questions?

**What you will do**:

- We use a data extraction method which retrieves key information from invoices and transfers it to the accounting software, this role will monitor the information captured ensuring it is accurate, the invoices are then distributed for authorisation.
- Statement reconciliation
- Assist AP Supervisor and Accountants when required
