Structural Landscaper (Gosford)

About the Role An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Structural Landscaper to join a growing team delivering high-quality landscaping projects across the Central Coast and surrounding areas. This is a full time position working across a variety of residential and commercial projects, including ongoing work with residential home builders and aged care facilities. With a major long-term project secured on the Central Coast for the next four years, this role offers excellent stability and long-term career growth. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently, managing sites when required. Key Responsibilities
- Construction of retaining walls, paving, concreting, and other structural landscaping works
- Reading and interpreting plans and project specifications
- Managing day-to-day site operations and ensuring projects run efficiently
- Working independently and supervising small teams where required
- Operating tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Liaising with builders, contractors, and project managers onsite
- Maintaining a high standard and site safety Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in structural landscaping is essential
- Strong experience with paving, retaining walls, and concreting
- Ability to work unsupervised and manage works onsite
- Experience working on residential and/or commercial landscaping projects
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work within project deadlines
- White Card and driver's licence required
- Machinery tickets or additional licences highly regarded Benefits
