Recruiter – Trades & Engineering (Somersby)

The Opportunity Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a Recruiter to join our team supporting Crossmuller. This is an on-site role based in Somersby (5 days per week) and a great opportunity for a junior recruiter or coordinator to build their career in a fast-paced industrial environment, focusing on high-volume hiring. Key Responsibilities
- Supporting recruitment for roles including electricians, fitters, CNC machinists, plumbers, carpenters, civil operators, and labour-based positions.
- Sourcing candidates via job boards, referrals, and local outreach
- Screening candidates for site readiness, tickets/licences, and cultural fit
- Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication
- Completing compliance checks (tickets, white cards, right-to-work, etc.)
- Building candidate pipelines to support ongoing project demands About You
- Previous recruitment, coordination, or administrative experience (recruitment experience highly regarded but not essential)
- Interest in trades, manufacturing, or engineering environments
- Solid organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Confident communicator with good stakeholder skills
- Willingness to learn and develop in a recruitment career
