At RSM Gosford, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional client service and creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. We are seeking a Receptionist who is organised, approachable, and enjoys working in a dynamic environment. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a key role in ensuring our office runs smoothly. This role is to start in January 2026. Key Responsibilities
- Provide front‑of‑house reception services and greet clients in a professional, friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, maintain rooms, and assist with IT setup.
- Organise refreshments for clients and assist with catering for meetings and events.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain reception services and ensure communal areas are tidy and well‑presented.
- Provide general administrative support including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Assist with ordering office supplies and resources.
- Perform ad‑hoc administrative tasks as required. About you
- Completion of Year 12.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Professional presentation and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Certificate in Business Administration.
