HRIS Manager – Greenfield Implementation Borg Group is seeking an experienced and forward‑thinking HRIS Manager to lead the design, selection, and implementation of a new enterprise HR system. This is a unique opportunity to build an HRIS capability from the ground up, shaping how HR technology enables our people strategy. Location: The role is based full‑time onsite at our Head Office in Somersby (5 days per week). Scope: Lead a greenfield implementation, partnering with stakeholders to evaluate and select a platform such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors, and drive end‑to‑end delivery. Build and lead a team of subject matter experts (SMEs) to support implementation and ongoing system optimisation. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end selection and implementation of a new HRIS platform, including vendor evaluation.
- Design and establish the HRIS framework, governance model, and system architecture aligned to business needs.
- Act as the project manager for implementation, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
- Build, lead, and develop a cross‑functional team of SMEs to support deployment and ongoing system management.
- Drive change management and stakeholder engagement, ensuring adoption across all levels of the organisation.
- Oversee post‑implementation optimisation, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives. What You Bring to the Role
