POV: You just landed the dream job where career glow-ups and cute lingerie go hand in hand. We're opening a brand new Bendon pad in the Myer Erina store and we're on the lookout for a Concession Manager to help build, lead and inspire from day one! The Prospect: 38 hours per week | Tuesday
- Friday: 9:30am
- 5:30pm | Saturday: 9:30am-6pm What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a passionate team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Becoming BRA-FIT certified to provide expert fitting guidance
- Representing Bendon's vision—helping all women feel confident and comfortable for life
- Managing key operational functions, including loss prevention, stock processing, and exceeding KPIs
- Implementing Bendon's Visual Merchandising standards within the MYER PAD
- Analyzing sales data, reporting, and rosters to optimize store performance
- Partnering with the Regional Manager to drive initiatives at a store, regional, and company level Why You'll Love It Here:
