**Overview**

We are seeking a detail-oriented data entry clerk to transfer handwritten records into Microsoft Word with accuracy and efficiency. The role requires solid attention to detail and the ability to maintain data integrity while working with scientific information.

**Responsibilities**
- Accurately transcribe handwritten data into Microsoft Word.
- Ensure data is correctly formatted and free of errors.
- Maintain consistency and accuracy across all entries.
- Review and verify information for completeness.
- Organize and store documents systematically.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data with care.

**Skills & Experience**
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic document formatting.
- Ability to read and interpret handwritten records.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Prior data entry experience is an advantage.
