Cafe Manager Managing day‑to‑day store operations including maintenance & repairs, ordering, rostering, staff breaks & shift covers. Responsibilities
- Oversee social media, liaise with suppliers, manage wages, rosters, pricing negotiations, and staff hiring.
- Ensure availability across store opening hours, including weekends, weekdays, and overnight shifts.
- Run the business with autonomy, owner‑like empowerment, and financial backing to make independent decisions.
- Collaborate with a fun‑loving team; enjoy annual staff night outs, maintain a laid‑back atmosphere, and have potential for career progression into multi‑site management as the business expands. Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Café Manager or similar role.
- Proven café cooking ability and Barista experience.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a car. Compensation Salary: $65,000.00
