About the role

In this role, our ideal Chef will work across a 7‑day rotating roster (lunch & dinner service ).

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

delivering high standards in food quality/presentation

assisting with prep, service & general kitchen operations

collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service

following food safety and hygiene standards

contributing to a positive & supportive team culture

supporting your team in a fast‑paced kitchen setting.

What we’re looking for

Australian residency or citizenship essential

Min. 2 years previous Chef or Cook experience

Strong teamwork & communication skills + ability to work under pressure

A genuine passion for food and hospitality

High‑volume kitchen experience highly regarded

Food Safety/Protected Food Handling certificates an advantage .
