**About the role**

**We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative to join the growing team on a permanent, full-time basis.**

As a Retail Sales Representative, your expert product knowledge and customer service skills will enable you to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including finding new opportunities for them to explore.

**Responsibilities**
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, recommending the range of products and services that will strengthen the growth of their business.
- Proactively source current business opportunities to achieve KPIs and targets.
- Support inventory management, including stocktake and safe dispatch of retail products.
- Process sales transactions and prepare sales quotes for clients.
- Assist with storage, handling, and receiving of stock, adhering to safety standards.

- Passionate about making a positive impact for clients and the community.
- Possess technical knowledge of seasonal and retail products to effectively support clients.
- Demonstrate a proven track record in sales and possess strong retail skills.
- Capable of delivering high levels of customer service and cultivating relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Hold a valid driver’s license.
- A forklift license is preferred, with support available to obtain one.
