**About the Role**
In this role, you’ll deliver an exceptional customer experience by advising customers on their vehicle needs, while also leading, mentoring, and collaborating with the team to drive business growth and performance.
**Day-to-day tasks would include**.
- Customer service and advising
- Sales
- Bookings
- Allocating jobs
- Supervising of staff (Workshop)
- Providing mentoring and feedback to staff
- Building relationships (staff, customers and suppliers)
- Optimising business operations and sales
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **2 years’ experience** as an **Assistant Store Manager** (preferred)
- **Background in mechanical work, Tyre fitting, or wheel alignments**:
- Robust **face-to-face customer service** skills
- Proven **leadership and team management** abilities
- **Experience in the Tyre or automotive industry** is essential
- Excellent **time management**, **problem-solving**, and **prioritisation** skills
- **Clear and confident communication** skills
- **Computer literacy**:
- **Current and valid driver’s license**

- $95,000.00 per year
