**Assistant Store Manager**
Salary Field: $57k + Super + Performance Bonuses + Onsite Parking

Lead a team of part time & casual retail sales associates, provide coaching to help your team reach sales targets, manage day-to-day running of store.

**What you'll be doing**
- Manage and motivate a team of retail associates to consistently provide outstanding customer service.
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members, supporting their professional development.
- Collaborate with regional and head office teams to ensure alignment with company goals and brand standards.
- Actively participate in the recruitment, selection, and training of new team members.
- Ensure the store is always clean, organised, and visually appealing to customers.

- Experience in a retail management role, preferably in the consumer electronics or audio equipment industry
- Proven track record of driving sales and profitability, with a focus on customer service excellence
- Solid leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and stakeholders
