Link Airways and Corporate Air provide airline and air charter services to customers in eastern and southern Australia. We are currently seeking a suitably experienced Maintenance Planner to join our Goulburn based heavy maintenance team. Primary role and responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate aircraft maintenance activities in accordance with airworthiness standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and manage maintenance work packs, including task card processing and man-hour coordination in WinAir.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers and suppliers to ensure maintenance activities are completed efficiently and on time.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure maintenance inputs are effectively scheduled and supported.
- Monitor scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities, ensuring accurate reporting and client communication.
- Audit completed task cards for compliance, accuracy and regulatory adherence.
- Maintain aircraft technical library and support reliability data management within WinAir.
- Identify and implement process improvements to support company and regulatory compliance. Who are we looking for:
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision & the ability to perform shift work.
- Demonstrated ability to use their initiative to problem solve.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to comply with company policies and procedures.
- To pass pre-employment Drug and Alcohol pathology screening.
- Full rights to work in Australia.
