Operations Logistics Support (Dandenong)

About The Role

Must have experience with load restraints. A rare opportunity at our Nathan Road site, you’ll be accountable for the safe loading, training warehouse teams and drivers, managing compliance records, and leading a safety-first culture. Day shift: 5 am
- 1 pm

Key Responsibilities

- Protected loading and delivery of customer orders
- Train warehouse teams and drivers in Load Restraint and safe loading
- Maintain Driver Log Books, BFM records and run Load Restraint courses
- Routine trailer audits (min. 3/week) and weekly Driver Toolboxes
- Report and resolve safety hazards via Noggin

Requirements

- Experience in transport, logistics or warehouse operations
- Strong knowledge of Load Restraint requirements
- BFM accreditation (or willingness to obtain)
- Proactive communicator who takes ownership
