Your Role: As a Crew Member, you’ll handle various tasks around the restaurant, from preparing food to taking orders and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. - Teamwork & Preparation – Get your station ready for opening, closing and rush times to keep the flow going smoothly.
- Quality Service – Work alongside the restaurant team to deliver high-quality food and service, ensuring an exceptional experience for every customer.
- Versatility – Take on various roles like food prep, order-taking, drive-thru, and cashiering, contributing to a seamless customer experience.
- Safety & Cleanliness – Maintain food safety, work health safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout your shift.
- Customer Interaction – Engage positively with customers, providing fast, friendly and helpful service.
- Support the Manager – Carry out any other tasks as directed by the Manager. What You'll Bring:
- Friendly and reliable with strong communication skills to create positive experiences.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace with attention to detail.
- Able to multi-task and adapt to different roles as needed.
- Physically capable of handling the demands of the role (e.g., lifting, standing for long periods).
- Willing to learn and follow company standards for quality, service, and safety.
- Have reliable access to your own vehicle for commuting to and from work.
