**Shifts Available & Pay Rates (negotiable based on experience)**:

- **Afternoon Shift**: 3:00pm
- 11:00pm → **$35.87 per hour**:

- **Night Shift**: 11:00pm
- 7:00am → **$40.55 per hour**

**About the Role**

We are seeking **Machine Operators / Process Coordinators** to join our **afternoon and night shift teams** in a polymer manufacturing environment working with **granular and powder materials**.

This role suits analytically minded operators who can combine **hands-on machine operation** with **process coordination and monitoring**, ensuring production runs safely, efficiently, and within specification.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operating polymer processing and manufacturing equipment
- Monitoring and coordinating production processes involving granular and powder polymers
- Identifying and responding to process deviations or inefficiencies
- Making real-time process adjustments to maintain product quality
- Completing production records and documentation
- Working closely with supervisors, engineers, and other operators
- Maintaining high standards of safety, housekeeping, and quality

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a **polymer manufacturing or processing environment**:

- Strong **analytical and problem-solving skills**:

- Ability to work independently on afternoon or night shift
- **Polymer Engineering or Mechanical Engineering background**
- preferred
- High attention to detail and process discipline
- Reliable transport and consistent attendance
- Full Australian working rights
