Location: Dandenong South
Shifts Available & Pay Rates (negotiable based on experience):
Afternoon Shift: 3:00pm
- 11:00pm → $35.87 per hour:
Night Shift: 11:00pm
- 7:00am → $40.55 per hour

About the Role
We are seeking Machine Operators / Process Coordinators to join our afternoon and night shift teams in a polymer manufacturing setting working with granular and powder materials.
This role suits analytically minded operators who can combine hands-on machine operation with process coordination and monitoring, ensuring production runs safely, efficiently, and within specification.
Key Responsibilities
Operating polymer processing and manufacturing equipment
Monitoring and coordinating production processes involving granular and powder polymers
Identifying and responding to process deviations or inefficiencies
Making real-time process adjustments to maintain product quality
Completing production records and documentation
Working closely with supervisors, engineers, and other operators
Maintaining high standards of safety, housekeeping, and quality
Requirements:
Experience in a polymer manufacturing or processing environment:
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills:
Ability to work independently on afternoon or night shift
Polymer Engineering or Mechanical Engineering background
- preferred
High attention to detail and process discipline
Reliable transport and consistent attendance
Full Australian working rights

Afternoon shift rate: $35.87 per hour
Night shift rate: $40.55 per hour
