Business Development Manager & Sales Rep (Dandenong)

We’re expanding and looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager & Sales Representative to help grow our footprint across the transport industry. You can be based in NSW, Victoria or Queensland but will need to travel nationally for business development. About the Role This is a hands-on, relationship-driven sales role focused on developing and managing key accounts within the Australian transport sector. You will work closely with truck dealers and transport companies to promote and sell Austruck X’s premium solutions nationwide. Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Austruck X truck bodies and trailers to transport companies
- Build strong relationships with truck dealers to generate consistent referral business
- Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
- Prepare accurate and competitive sales quotations
- Manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation through to close
- Maintain and update customer interactions using HubSpot CRM and internal quote systems
- Provide market feedback to support product development and strategy What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales or business development (transport, automotive or related industries preferred)
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Commercially driven with a track record of achieving targets
- Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot experience highly regarded)
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritise effectively
