Accounts Assistant - Administrator / All Rounder (Dandenong)

A full time role has been created within our busy accounts department. We are looking for a full time, motivated and enthusiastic professional to join us here at our family run business for long term employment.

Located at our qualified and friendly head office in Dandenong South, Abdex Industries is a market leader in fluid transfer technology with 4 branches across Australia.

We are looking for the right person who is friendly, reliable, committed to their work, vibrant and loves a challenge.

Salary from $75,000

The role will include:

- Reporting directly to the Financial Controller
- Processing AR & AP both domestically and internationally for 3 Australian businesses
- Payroll
- Payroll Tax Lodgements
- Credit Card Reconciliations
- Receiving International Shipment
- Adhoc office duties as required
- EOM reconciliation and reporting

**You must have the following skills to be successful in this role**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in all aspects of a finance role up to BAS preparation
- Capable of autonomously managing volume processing across multiple entities
- Attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
- Exposure to multi currency & international suppliers & customers
- Exposure or experience with importing and receiving overseas freight preferred
- Excellent spoken and written English skills and solid customer service ethic.
- Ability to work autonomously with excellent time management.
- AP & AR experience
- MYOB Advanced experience preferred (ERP MYOB)
- Payroll in Employment Hero preferred
- Certificate IV in Accounting
