We’re looking for a Senior Finance Transformation and Systems Accountant to join our Global Head Office and play a key role in driving process improvement, automation, and system optimisation across our finance function. This is not your typical accounting role. What makes this role different


- You won’t be stuck in month-end or BAU reporting cycles
- You’ll focus on improving processes rather than maintaining them
- You’ll work across finance, IT, and global teams to drive change Key responsibilities


- Identifying and delivering process improvements across finance
- Driving automation and efficiency using our ERP (Microsoft Business Central)
- Partnering with finance, IT, and global stakeholders to enhance systems and workflows
- Supporting transformation initiatives, including future projects like AP automation (Coupa)

- CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent)
- Experience in ERP systems and finance transformation or process improvement
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills
- Exposure to systems like Business Central, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or similar
- Someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and working cross-functionally Bonus points for


- Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or other automation tools
- Exposure to large or complex business environments What’s in it for you
