Case Worker, Drug Court Homelessness & Assistance Program Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of people experiencing homelessness and family violence? Joinwayss, the largest provider of homelessness, housing, and family violence services in South East Melbourne. We’re seeking a dedicated Case Worker to join our Drug Court Homelessness Assistance Program (DCHAP) team. This is a unique opportunity to work collaboratively with the Dandenong Drug Court and support individuals on a Drug Treatment Order (DTO) to access safe, sustainable housing and address the factors contributing to homelessness. - Deliver responsive, flexible outreach case management
- Support clients to secure short, medium, and long-term housing
- Empower individuals through a strengths‑based approach
- Collaborate with the Drug Court team and external agencies
- Provide advocacy, safety planning, and intensive support About You You bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience in community services and working with complex needs
- Knowledge of social housing and homelessness support
- Strong case management and advocacy skills
- Ability to work autonomously and contribute to service improvement
- A current Driver’s Licence and a valid “Employment” category Working with Children Check
