Highly customer‑centric in your approach, you will champion customer advocacy, ensuring positive outcomes that balance customer satisfaction with business objectives. Your Role Is Built Around Three Core Pillars
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage customer enquiries and complaints from initial contact through to resolution, delivering a seamless and highly personalised experience at every stage.
- Work autonomously, taking ownership of cases and decisions, while also collaborating effectively with colleagues and cross‑functional teams to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- By crafting tailored responses in line with company policy, strengthen customer relationships, build trust, and enhance overall brand reputation. About You
- Experience in a call centre environment highly regarded
- Automotive experience desirable but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in working well under pressure and multi‑tasking
- Self‑motivated and a positive attitude
- Ability to think on your feet
