We are currently seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative at Canberra Kebabs, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our valued customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Prepare and serve food items according to established procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area and kitchen.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in customer service or food service roles is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work rights in Australia.

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20

Schedule:

- Evening shift

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
