Remuneration: $143,851.10- $146,522.64, per annum, pro rata (+ super + 17.5% leave loading where applicable)
Hours per week: 38 hours per week

About the Opportunity
As the Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational delivery of services at Batlow MPS. In leading your team, you will take a proactive role in overseeing and driving continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen service delivery and achieve improved health outcomes for patients. As the Nurse Manager, you will:
- Provide clinical leadership to the team, to ensure the exceptional delivery of evidence-based care within contemporary models of practice. Ensure governance processes are in place, including timely and appropriate responses to incidents, complaints, and risk management.
- Lead and manage processes that drive quality outcomes, ensure patient safety, and support continuous improvement—demonstrated through the achievement of key performance indicators, outcome measures, patient and staff surveys, and audit results
- Manage the efficient use and coordination of physical and financial resources to maximise expenditure toward health outcomes and ensure plans are in place to promote business continuity and avoid potential service disruptions
- Lead with purpose by motivating and managing teams, applying change management to address challenges in community and rural health service delivery. To find out more, please review the Position Description

- Current authority to practice unrestricted as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a healthcare setting.
