Dental Receptionist (Calwell)

- Full-Time Receptionist (with Dental Assisting Training)** **Smile Sensations Calwell| Monday-Friday | 76 hrs/fortnight with RDOs**

Are you a people person with a passion for delivering exceptional service? Smile Sensations Calwell is looking for a full-time **Receptionist** to be the friendly face and voice of our practice — and someone who’s also open to learning dental assisting to support the team when needed.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves being organised, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants variety in their day-to-day role. You’ll be working in a modern, welcoming practice where patient care and team culture come first.

**About the Role**:

- **Full-time** permanent role (76 hours per fortnight)
- **Monday to Friday**, with alternating start times 8:45am and finish times 6:15pm
- Enjoy **1 rostered day off per fortnight** to maintain work-life balance
- Primarily a **reception-based** role with opportunity to train and assist chairside when required

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Be the first point of contact for our patients
- in person and over the phone
- Manage bookings, payments, health fund claims, and patient enquiries
- Maintain a welcoming and well-organised front office
- Support the clinical team by learning the basics of chairside dental assisting
- Step in to help with sterilisation or chairside duties during staff absences or peak periods

**We’re Looking For Someone Who**:

- Has great communication and customer service skills
- Is warm, professional, and loves working with people
- Can multitask and stay calm in a busy environment
- Is eager to learn and pitch in where needed
- Has experience in dental or medical reception (preferred, but not essential)

Pay: $25.74
- $28.00 per hour
