- Certificate III/IV in Home or Aged Care.
- A valid CPR certificate.
- A valid first aid certificate.
- A current Victorian Drivers License.
- NDIS clearance.
- NDIS Orientation Module. Qualifications to thrive
- Passion about helping people in your community, with strong relationship building, time management and budget management skills.
- Previous case management experience as well as relevant qualifications.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A safe, sensible approach with a practical understanding of people's physical limitations.
- The ability to be versatile and adapt to meet clients' individual needs.
