Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, we are currently seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our team on the Baiada Hanwood Administration & Amenities Building project in Griffith, NSW. Project Overview This circa $70M project will deliver:
- Administration offices, meeting and training spaces
- Staff canteen, kitchen and lunchroom facilities
- Gymnasium and wellbeing spaces
- Amenities including lockers, showers and change rooms
- External courtyards and breakout areas About The Role As a Contracts Administrator at RCC, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of the project through effective contract management, subcontractor administration and commercial support across the full project lifecycle.
- Administration of subcontractor and supplier contracts
- Managing variations, progress claims and contract documentation
- Assisting with procurement and tender processes
- Monitoring contractual compliance and project riskLiaising with consultants, subcontractors and project stakeholders
- Supporting forecasting, reporting and cost control processes
- Managing project documentation and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with claims management and project closeout procedures About You We're looking to speak with candidates who have:
- Previous experience in a Contracts Administrator role within the construction industry
- Exposure to commercial, industrial, education or large-scale building projects
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
- Sound understanding of construction contracts and contract administration principles
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A collaborative and proactive approach to project delivery
- Relevant Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Building qualifications Why Join RCC?
