Retail Manager (Griffith)

We’re passionate about quality, sustainability, and genuine customer care — and we’re looking for a driven, experienced **Retail Manager** to lead our Griffith store into its next chapter.

**About the Role**

As Retail Manager, you’ll take full ownership of daily store operations, leading a passionate team and ensuring that every customer enjoys an exceptional shopping experience. You’ll oversee product presentation, supplier relationships, stock management, and team development, while upholding the store’s strong community reputation for quality and care.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and inspire the retail team to deliver outstanding service and product knowledge.
- Oversee inventory control, merchandising, and visual presentation.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring efficient stock flow and product range management.
- Manage rosters, budgets, and store performance metrics.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and food handling standards.
- Implement and drive local marketing and seasonal promotions.

**About You**
- 2+ years’ experience in retail management (health food, grocery, or specialty retail preferred).
- Solid leadership and communication skills — you motivate others through example.
- Proven experience managing inventory, suppliers, and budgets.
- Passion for natural and healthy living.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Availability for weekend work as part of a rotating roster.

Pay: $60,000.00
- $80,000.00 per year
