ROLE IN A NUTSHELL As a Casual Retail Assistant at our Black Pepper Griffith store you’ll provide exceptional customer service, assist with stock management, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment. You’ll help customers find the perfect fit, work collaboratively with your team, and bring a positive, can-do attitude to every shift. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fashion, values excellent service, and is looking for flexible, rewarding work in a friendly retail setting. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers with product selections and offer styling advice
- Maintain store appearance, ensuring it’s clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Handle transactions efficiently and accurately at the register
- Stock and replenish merchandise, ensuring product availability
- Support store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
- Work as part of a team to meet sales targets and store goals ABOUT YOU
- Passion for providing style advice to make a difference in our customers' lives and make their day!
- Experience in a customer facing sales/retail role in a team environment
- Able to commit to a shift pattern and some flexibility to assist in peak trade periods
- You can adapt your selling style to meet the needs of the customer in front of you
