Barista/all Rounder (Gungahlin)

**Job Locations**: Gungahlin, Manuka

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages following company recipes and quality standards.
- Operating coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment in a secure and efficient manner.
- Providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and handling cash transactions.
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace and adhering to hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Learning about coffee bean origins, roasting techniques, and coffee brewing methods.
- Assisting with general duties and tasks as required in a fast-paced coffee shop environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Basic coffee-making skills acquired from working at coffee chains like Coffee Clubs.
- Passionate about coffee, with a desire to learn and grow in the specialty coffee industry.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from senior baristas and management.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays and public holidays.
