Barista Sutton

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic barista to join our team. As a barista, you will be responsible for crafting a variety of coffee beverages, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

Key responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages

Provide outstanding customer service and engage with customers in a friendly manner

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar and dining areas

Operate coffee-making equipment and ensure quality control

Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies

Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work setting

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role preferred but not required

Passion for coffee and eagerness to learn

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

Versatile schedule, including weekends and holidays
