Store Manager (Gungahlin)

We are a busy store in Canberra and are looking for a highly motivated and passionate, individual to join the business in the leadership role of store Manager. The position is responsible to monitor overall performance and operations of our store, ensuring that maximum sales, profit, and customer satisfaction are achieved through effective merchandising pricing and inventory control. Organizes and controls the operations of a retail trading establishment.

This position will be directly reporting to the director and the job description includes but is not limited to

Maintain effective day to day store operations and determine the level of stock for smooth sales and service standard.

Proactively plan and direct outstanding customer service and sustain sound client relation.

Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with customers with confidence and promote sale of product.

Capability to work in a team and solve problems.

Ability to recruit, train, develop staff, manage performance and comply with company policies.

solid financial judgment with ability to drive sales and meet targets.

Develop, motivate, inspire and support your team.

Drive performance of the store by empowering the team and exceeding KPI's.

Provide regular reporting back to the director on KPI's.

Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Responsible for overseeing the store accounts, to ensure all financial transactions are recorded as per compliance regulatory requirement.

**About the applicant**:

- At least three years pervious retail management experience preferred.
- Excellent Commnication skills.
- Motivation to inspire team members excellence.
- Good time management and leadership skills.

**Salary**: $70,000 per year plus superannuation.
