- Develop and execute effective maintenance management strategies
- Build and maintain a strong safety‑focused culture on site What You’ll Bring
- Mechanical trade qualification with relevant mobile plant experience (CAT, Hitachi etc.)
- Strong knowledge of maintenance management practices and workflows
- Ability to collaborate with clients and prioritise maintenance needs within complex site environments
- Excellent planning, communication, and time management skills
- Proven leadership and team development capability
- Solid understanding of HSET requirements in NSW Mining
