· Oversee overall store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, presentation, and store growth
· Lead the recruitment, training, and supervision of staff members
· Deciding on the appropriate range of products, overseeing inventory levels, and establishing high service standards
· Developing and implementing purchasing and marketing strategies, including setting prices for goods and services
· Maintaining accurate records of inventory including fuel and financial transactions
· Providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with purchases, and offering product-use guidance
· Promoting the store’s products through targeted advertising and marketing initiatives
· Ensuring compliance with all occupational health and safety regulations
· Preparing, monitoring, and managing the store’s sales, targets and expenses Qualifications
· Diploma level qualifications or equivalent in management or another relevant field Experience
