Overview Customer Service Officer | Community Bank Gympie | Part-time | QLD at Bendigo Bank. This is a permanent, part-time position located in Gympie with a 40-hour fortnight roster. Responsibilities
- Explore customers’ needs through in-depth conversations to help them achieve their financial goals and partner with different specialists within the branch
- Support customers with digital literacy and online banking needs as we continue to innovate our offerings
- Be the face of the branch and customer service, handling transactions, cash, queries, and paperwork while maintaining risk considerations
- Engage in on-the-job training and external development opportunities to support career growth
- Build connections by supporting customers, giving back to the community, and enjoying a positive team setting What you’ll bring to the role
- Experience in a customer service environment with the ability to achieve targets
- Strong attention to detail to ensure secure, accurate transactions with a risk mindset
- Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face to face and over the phone
- Eagerness to understand and communicate what makes our bank different
- Drive for collaboration and teamwork
