Receptionist (Gympie)

Alchemy In Motion is seeking a warm, organised and patient-focused Receptionist / Administrator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy clinic environment, enjoys creating positive client experiences, and can confidently manage the day-to-day operations of a healthcare practice. About the Role You will be responsible for supporting the smooth running of the clinic through a variety of administrative and reception duties, including:
- Managing patient bookings and appointment scheduling
- Handling phone, email and in-person enquiries
- Processing Medicare, DVA and private health fund claims
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Managing appointment recalls and follow-ups
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Supporting practitioners and working collaboratively within the team
- Assisting with practice management systems and administrative processes About You We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in reception, administration or healthcare clinics
- Provides exceptional customer service with a friendly and welcoming approach
- Is confident using technology and able to learn current systems quickly
- Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Brings emotional intelligence, adaptability and a calm presence to the workplace
- Enjoys working both independently and as part of a supportive team Experience within allied health or medical settings will be highly regarded. Availability The successful applicant will be available 2-4 days per week, with a start date of early June.
