Employment Type: Part-time (45 hrs fortnight)

Remuneration: $31.11/hour About The Role In this hands‑on role, you’ll manage the day‑to‑day maintenance of buildings, gardens, and grounds, ensuring everything is safe, tidy, and well‑kept. Key Responsibilities
- General maintenance and upkeep of lawns, gardens, and common areas
- Common area cleaning
- Performing scheduled preventative maintenance
- Identifying and reporting new risks while working to minimise existing ones
- Undertaking administrative tasks related to maintenance operations
- Managing external contractors and minor building projects
- Using equipment and materials safely and responsibly
- Your work will help maintain a secure and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors
- Gardening experience essential About You
- Experience in commercial maintenance and groundskeeping within an aged care setting or a similar environment
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow safety procedures and preventative maintenance schedules
- A team player with a proactive attitude and proven ability to demonstrate a customer service focus
