Farm Hand / Maintenance Role Gympie

Trio Group Ag is Expanding & Looking for Farm Hand/ Maintenance Workers to support our Local Farms & Depot's. Monday to Friday with Occasionally doing Weekend work

Responsibilities:

Perform basic tasks including painting and filling crevices, clean facilities and managing maintenance repairs.

Perform repairs on company machinery, equipment or appliances.

Detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs.

Regularly check community spaces to identify issues with litter, mechanical failure or breakdowns.

Respond to clients’ maintenance requests in a timely and skilled manner.

Repair plumbing, electrical and safety systems.

Lawn care for all Depots & Farms

Maintain the cleanliness of outside spaces such as parking lots and sidewalks.

Oversee the sprinkler system and trash containers on the company premises.

Conduct performance assessments of company appliances, such as refrigerators, microwaves, stoves, ovens and coffee makers.

Provide clients’ with support and guidance on maintaining their equipment.

Assist with Farming duties (Lawncare, Cattle work, Fencing, Slashing & General Labour work)

Ensure All Sites & Farms are Professionally Presentable & Pass all Inspections.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $25.00
- $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24
- 32 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Experience:

Yard hand: 1 year (preferred)

Lawn Mowing: 1 year (preferred)

Slashing: 1 year (preferred)

Truck Driving: 1 year (preferred)

Gardening: 1 year (preferred)

Working Alone: 1 year (preferred)

Farm Duties: 1 year (preferred)

Basic Building Repairs: 1 year (preferred)
